Hi, I'm Sam!
I'm a lifelong Sconnie who has always had a passion for cheese.
I studied Food Science at UW-Madison, apprenticed as a cheesemaker in France for three years and directed cheesemaking and product development at Zingerman's Creamery in Ann Arbor, Michigan for another three.
I now live and work in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where I create charcuterie boards and lead cheese tastings for anyone who will listen.
