All of it! If you only want a specific cheese type, hate olives, or only want cured meats as pairings - all of it can be acommodated.
How much does it cost?

What's the difference between a cheese board and a cheese tasting?
A cheese board is great if you just want a board to graze on. A private tasting comes with ~1.5 hours of Sam's time to walk you the cheeses, how they're made, what a good pairing is and how to develop a pallette.
